Go to confluecne General configuratoin
Enter your password for Administrator Access if prompted.
Now scroll down and select DocToolkit Configuration. This will at the bottom of the General Configuration section (the first section).
Scroll down until you see Master Template Configuration. This is where you manage the default Template Space, which spaces are managed by DocToolkit (Refreshable Spaces) and Refresh All spaces managed by DocToolkit.
NOTE: You can provide a specific Template Space for each Refreshable Space. You do this in the Space Administration. If a space has a Refreshable Space defined for it, then that will be used when you click Refresh All.
Click on Refresh All.
Confirm you want to Refresh All spaces by clicking on OK when the message box appears.
The Refresh Process will take a little bit of time. When it has completed you will see a screen similar to this.
When you see this all the spaces have been updated. If there are any errors they will appear in the Status Column. For example, a new page called WiFi has been added to the Master Space. But a page already exist in a space being updated called WiFi. You would see a message next to that Space indicating that the page already exists and was not updated.
