The {AutoTask Contacts} macro allows you to return a list of contacts from AutoTask .
List the columns that you want displayed in the Contact List table. Each column should be separated by a space.
The Type and Relationship fields allow you to filter the listTo filter the list, enter the field that you want to use as the filter in the Filter Name field. Select how you want to filter from the Filter Operation drop down. Enter the value that you want to use for the filter in Filter Value field.
Valid column names are:
FirstName, LastName, CompanyName,CompanyRecID, Phone, Email, Type, Relationship, DefaultFlag, AddressLine1, AddressLine2, EmailAdress, AddressLine, City, State, Zip, Country, PortalSecurityLevel, DisablePortalLogin, PortalSecurityCaption, LastUpdate, SID, ManagerID, AssistantID, ContactRecID, Id

Check the Active Users check box if you would like to view a list of active users.
