Use the Tigerpaw Account Groups Table macro to return a list of the Account Groups for the Tigerpaw Account associated with the space.

Parameters

AccountGroupHeading

Enter a column heading or leave it blank for the default column heading of 'Group'.

AccountGroupFilter

You can limit the list of Account Groups returned by putting a value in this field.  It will limit the list based on the content in the Account Group Name.  Use % as the wildcard.

PurposeFilter

You can limit the list of Account Groups returned by putting a value in this field.  It will limit the list based on the content in the Account Group Purpose field.  Use % as the wildcard.

ShowDescription check box

If you want to show the Account Group Description in the output then you will need to check this.

ListAll check box

If left unchecked you will only see the Account Groups that the Tigerpaw Account associated with the space is in.  This list will be filtered by the AccountGroupFilter and the PurposeFilter.

If you want to see all groups that match the filter.  An additional column will appear that indicates if the Account is a member of the Account Groups listed.  An example use of this is to show what options the account has selected in your maintenance contract.

Examples

Consider that a contract is offered with the following options:

  • Remote Support
  • On-Site Support
  • Anti Virus
  • Managed Backup
  • Managed Firewall

For example, you might have a number of account groups for backup technology used, say:

Windows Backup

Cloud Backup

  • No labels
