DTK Field

{DTK Field}

The DTK Field macro is used to return the contents of a single field on the page.

When you edit the Macro you will be given the opportunity to select the Document to use, then the Field to display.

You can then add filters to select the particular record that you want.

If multiple records are found then the selected field from the first record found is returned.

In the example below the contents of the Notes field will be displayed.

The first record with the Section equal to 'Road Map - Overview' found will be used.

The Macro can be used in the middle of text.  For example:

This above would be rendered as:

NOTE: You can apply colour and other formatting to the Macro.  This will result in the field being formatted when it is displayed.
