Throughout the ConnectWise Documentation, there will be references to the following items:

  • Question Numbers
  • Question Names
  • Question Answers

These refer to the parts of the Configuration Questions.

Anywhere you use a Question Number, make sure that you include the two decimal places.  This means that question 1. is entered as 1.00.  Question 2.4 would be entered as 2.40.
